RETURN POLICY

    According to the legislation in force, the buyer can return ELINE STUDIOS products within 7 days of receiving the product based on the previously completed return form.

   The products will be returned in good condition, namely in the original condition, UNWORN, with the original packaging and the RETURN LABEL ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT, otherwise the products will be reshipped to the customer.

    If the labels attached to the product are removed, RETURNS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED!

   The return form can be found on the ELINE STUDIOS website, it must be completed with the following information:

-  Order number (if it was placed on the website)

-  Buyer's name, surname

-  The name of the product, the products given for return (if the order contains more than 1 product)

-  The reason for the return

-  The IBAN account of the PERSON IN WHOSE NAME THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE INVOICE WAS MADE.

 

    Return and payment of transport

    Properly pack the product/products in a single package. The package can be sent by any courier company, at the customer's choice, with the exception of Romanian Post (these shipments are not accepted for return)

    The cost of return shipping will be borne exclusively by the customer! Unless a mistake was made from our part or the product has physical flaws.

    If the customer still sends the package with payment of the transport refund (receipt to the recipient), Eline Studios reserves the right to pick up this package or not. If the parcel is picked up from the courier with the transport paid for by us, the cost of sending the parcel will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer's bank account!

    If the shipped product has a physical manufacturing defect, the return shipping will be borne by Eline Studios. The courier will be sent by Eline Studios.

   THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FOR THE RETURN IS MADE WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PARCEL.
